Come join us Sunday, November 10th for a delicious brunch in support of a great cause!
Renée Girard, Harold Mitchell and I are teaming up to cook you a 4 course brunch that happens to be vegan.
Non-vegans: This brunch is also for you! There is much more to brunch than bacon and fried chicken (as much as I love both of those things). 😉
All of the profits are going to Norwest to help support their programming.
They are doing very important work.
It’s a cause that’s very near and dear to my heart and of you have the means, we would love to see you there. If you are unable to attend but would still like to donate, there is also a link for that.
The NorWest Co-op Community Food Centre (CFC) is a welcoming space where people come together to share a good meal, join a cooking group, grow a garden, learn about healthy eating and get active on issues in the community.
The CFC is your one-stop shop for everything related to food in Inkster! The centre increases access to healthy food by bringing people together to grow, cook, share and advocate for good food for all.
With Community Food Centres Canada (CFCC) and other centres across the country, NorWest is working towards a healthy and fair food system. CFC is a project of NorWest Co-op Community Health Centre, operated in partnership with Community Food Centres Canada.
